1. Refund Rules

  More than 48 hours before pickup: Full Refund of the rental amount and security deposit.

  Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: Partial refund of 50% of the rental amount. Security deposit is fully refunded.

  Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund on the rental amount. Security deposit is fully refunded.
• ◆
  After scheduled pickup time (No Show): No refund on the rental amount. Security deposit is fully refunded.
